I’ve spent over a decade helping people get clear on who they are and how they want to live and lead.

What started as leadership and business coaching became something deeper — work grounded in faith, shaped by a belief in servant leadership, and driven by a simple conviction.

That the world gets better when people lead themselves well.

Everything I do traces back to that. The one-on-one work. The group conversations. The vision behind this company. All of it is trying to answer the same question.
